Refund policy

All sales are final and irrevocable. By placing an order on this website, the customer expressly agrees that no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all products and transactions conducted through Authentic Source and its affiliates, without exception.

Condition of Goods / Acknowledgment of Purchase

All items sold by Authentic Source are pre-owned (“pre-loved”) luxury goods. These items are not new and may exhibit signs of prior use, including but not limited to wear to leather, hardware aging, patina, surface markings, or other cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and prior ownership.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have reviewed all product descriptions, photographs, and condition disclosures in full
  • They understand and accept that variations in condition are inherent to pre-owned goods
  • They are purchasing the item “as-is,” in its current stated condition
  • They assume full responsibility for reviewing all listing details prior to purchase

Failure to review item details does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.

Return Exceptions (If Approved at Sole Discretion)

In the rare event a return is approved at the sole discretion of Authentic Source, the following conditions will strictly apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total
  • The return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will also be deducted or withheld from the refund amount where applicable
  • The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was originally shipped, with all original components included

Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received, inspected, and verified to meet return eligibility standards.

Processing of any approved refund may take up to 21 business days from the date the returned item is received.

Authentic Source reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions in full.

No Chargeback / Payment Dispute Agreement

By completing a transaction, the customer agrees that they will not initiate or pursue any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution for any reason including, but not limited to:

  • Item condition or perceived condition discrepancies
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Failure to read or understand listing details or policies
  • Delivery confirmation or receipt of goods
  • Misunderstanding of product description

All transactions are considered final, binding, and non-reversible upon completion of checkout.

In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Authentic Source reserves the right to:

  • Submit all supporting documentation, including order records, tracking information, delivery signature confirmation, product listings, photographs, and policy acceptance records
  • Demonstrate customer agreement to all posted terms at the time of purchase
  • Contest the dispute in full through all available payment processor channels
  • Recover any losses, chargeback fees, penalties, administrative costs, and associated damages to the fullest extent permitted by law

Condition Transparency / Listing Accuracy

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, images, and disclosures are accurate and representative. However, minor variations in color, lighting, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the inherent nature of pre-owned goods.

Additionally, due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our inventory, items may carry natural odors associated with age, storage, materials, or prior use. Perception of smell is subjective and varies by individual. Such characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute misrepresentation.

These natural variations—including but not limited to scent, wear, patina, or aging—are inherent to pre-owned luxury goods and do not qualify as grounds for return, refund, or dispute.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in its entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract between the customer and Authentic Source at the time of checkout.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items are guaranteed to be authentic.

Each item undergoes a multi-step authentication process which may include internal expert inspection and/or review by independent third-party authentication services. Only items that pass authentication standards are offered for sale.

In the unlikely event that an item is conclusively determined to be inauthentic by a recognized, reputable third-party authentication service, Authentic Source will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution based on documented evidence.

This guarantee applies exclusively to authenticity verification and does not apply to condition, wear, or buyer expectation discrepancies.
