Shipping policy

We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that processing times may vary and are not included in the delivery estimate.

For security purposes, signature confirmation is required on all deliveries. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered and signed for.

In certain circumstances, additional shipping fees may apply. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Expedited or rush delivery requests
• Additional insurance coverage beyond our standard policy
• Special handling or delivery accommodations

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated and approved prior to shipment.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Important: As all sales are final, shipping costs are non-refundable. In any rare case where a return or refund is issued at our discretion, original shipping costs and any return shipping expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount.
